We will acknowledge your order and confirm availability and delivery terms normally the same working day that it is received by us unless it is received at the weekend in which case it will be by the end of the first working day in the following week.

Order Acceptance:
Acknowledgement of your order by email or telephone will not constitute acceptance. We will notify acceptance having confirmed availability of the products or services ordered and confirm payment & delivery terms prior to the despatch of the goods or services to you.

Product Availability:

All orders are subject to availability. If the goods you order are not currently available we will notify you and contact you by telephone to discuss possible alternatives. If we become aware of delay having accepted your order we will keep you informed as to the revised availability and delivery time. We cannot accept responsibility for any costs arising directly or indirectly from the delay of goods ordered on your behalf from our suppliers. We recommend that you wait for receipt of goods before confirming any independent installation arrangements.

Payment terms:

Payment must have been received in full before the despatch of any items ordered. Method of payment will be agreed with you or specified in our order acceptance.

Delivery policy:

A delivery charge will normally apply at prevailing carrier rates and the amount will be confirmed to you upon acceptance of your order. We will endeavour to deliver goods to you in an undamaged condition within the timescale agreed. You are responsible for making arrangements for the safe receipt of the goods and for checking that they arrive in an undamaged condition. It is important that you report any damage on the delivery note as we cannot accept responsibility ourselves or the carrier for damage not reported upon delivery or notified to us in writing within 48 hour of delivery. Our delivery service does not include installation unless this has been expressly agreed with you and confirmed in writing as part of the order.

Returns policy:

It is your responsibility to check the goods to ensure they are received in good condition and match the quantity and specification ordered. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods by signing the delivery note. Correctly despatched goods will not normally be accepted for return accept under the provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations.

Cancellation Rights:

You have the right, under the Distance Selling regulations, to cancel any order within seven days of delivery, starting the day after the goods are received and to receive a full refund less allowance for the full cost of recovery of the goods from you. Any cancellation under these Regulations must be notified to us in writing, by e-mail, fax or letter to the contact details shown on our Website. Under the same regulations you are responsible for taking proper care of the goods to ensure they remain in an undamaged condition. Goods damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for a full refund. All products returned to us will be inspected to ensure they remain in good condition and that all manuals, accessories and components are present. If we receive back goods that do not meet the despatched condition or if parts are damaged or missing we will charge you accordingly. Special order and products made to your personal requirements cannot be returned. If we are unable to supply you within 30 days of your order you will be entitled to a full refund unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with you.

Product Guarantee:

A 12-month minimum manufacturer guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to manufacturer conditions, applies to all the products we supply. This does not vary or affect your Statutory Rights. If your product is faulty you should in the first instance notify us as the seller. If an engineer despatched by the manufacturer or by us confirms the product is faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund. If an engineer visit is required but no fault is found you may be liable for the costs associated with the inspection visit. You should always refer to the operating, care and maintenance provisions explained in the manufacturer information supplied with the product and ensure that the product is sited and used correctly.

Refunds Policy:

All requests for refunds must be in writing by email fax or letter to the Contact name and address shown on our website. Any deductions applicable, such as collection charges will be deducted from the refund otherwise due to you.
